The Goal

Hexaware needed a way to highlight executives from organizations that have partnered with them for professional services and skilled talent solutions, demonstrating the real operational impact of those collaborations. Together, we identified a podcast series as the most effective format to create space for meaningful leadership conversations and authentic industry insights.

Sherpa Media partnered with Hexaware to produce the CEO Tech Live Podcast, turning these executive discussions into a compelling video-led series that communicates both expertise and partnership value.

Our Role

For the past two seasons with a third on the way, Sherpa Media has worked closely with Hexaware to shape and elevate the show’s video presence. We transformed executive conversations into engaging, brand-aligned content, handling editing, visual storytelling, and optimization for digital platforms.

The series is produced in collaboration with renowned host, leadership speaker, and long-term Sherpa Media client Ben Fanning, ensuring thoughtful and consistent executive dialogue.

The Impact

The podcast recently earned Gold at the 2025 MarCom Awards, recognized for Industry-Focused Series excellence. The recognition reflects what happens when the right leaders come together for meaningful executive dialogue: conversations that are thoughtful, impactful, and never rushed.

Entering the fiber internet market with ease

The Challenge

As a legacy telecommunications company entering the fiber internet market, Fidium Fiber needed to introduce a new brand while building trust in rural American communities that have historically been underserved by high-speed infrastructure. The rebrand messaging needed to resonate with investors, future customers, and employees, creating confidence both externally and internally.

Our Approach

Sherpa Media partnered with Fidium Fiber to bring the rebrand to life through video storytelling. We developed the #BreakthroughLeaders series, producing an 8-episode executive video series, 40 employee testimonial videos, and a brand overview video that captured leadership vision and the people behind the service.

By showcasing voices across the organization from executives to installers, the content helped communicate Fidium’s transition into a fiber-focused provider committed to connecting rural communities.
